@willieelmono a sad, sad day when someone is disappointed seeing a musician using ideals from a man who said person took the time to google. Voltaire is about social odds, social reform, etc. and that i can say about both the musician and philosopher.

I am pretty sure this is about a serial killer, his origin, the reasoning behind his killing and as the song ends the way it began , shows he is ready to kill again.

@snowywhitequeen It's a play on the misconception of the meaning of schizophrenia. Though the individual represented does show signs of schizophrenia that specific line is more about multiple personality disorder; the disease that is associated with schizophrenia in the minds of the general public.
