At 6:44, did Mr. Bean choose not to give that baby toy back because, he didn't want a huge amount of people including the cops to know that the baby was with him or, was he worried that if he gave the baby toy back that the cops will think he kidnapped the baby and arrest him or was it a little of both?

At 5:56, how many balloons did that arrow pop? It looked like the arrow only popped three or four balloons which looked like there were still a lot of balloons to keep the baby carriage flying up.

From 2:10-3:04, what was the name of that game Mr. Bean was playing? I thought it was "Bingo" since he shouted "Bingo" like he won the game (it sounds like he won the game since the announcer stopped talking after he shouted "Bingo") but, the announcer wasn't saying anything like "I 17", "G 45", etc. So I'm not sure what the name of the game was.

At 7:00, how did that dog escape from the ticket booth after Mr. Bean trapped him inside there? I guess the owner of the fair must have let him out and never put him back on the leash where he was in the beginning but, it was very funny how he scared Mr. Bean.
