You can clearly see the cop cars standing at the side of the road, watching the robbers get in the car and only starting to drive AFTER the robbers got in their car. (first cop car was in front of the truck, second was behind it).

@PiyushKumarNahata No, it was luck. The robbers were in the store, the owner calls the cops & the cops go running in, thinking the robbers were still in the store. The robbers got away. THAT IS LUCK!

The police + robbers was fake. Watch between 1.37 and 1.42 the second car isn't coming from anywhere. It was standing all the while opposite side of the road only. It starts the siren at 1.42
